Add columns in application tracker, for example if a company add more than one interview stage or if I ignored a screen/interview i could move it there.

Some way for Simplify to create a Workday account (or reuse an existing one) so that Simplify can complete the extremely-tedious Workday application process. I admit this will likely be pretty challenging from a technical perspective, but on that will be a HUGE draw to would-be applicants. Workday is pretty universally hated, as I'm sure you're aware. Simplify does not seem to play nicely with Workday. This is mostly Workday's fault for requiring a unique login for every employer you might apply to on the platform. Workday doesn't sync any use preferences, even though they are all on the same platform. Additionally, Workday seems to ask for the most amount of information out of all application platforms, by far. Suffice it to say, applying to Workday sucks . It's just the worst. I avoid most places that use Workday as a result, but I'd like to open them up as an option through Simplify.

Could we add a way to pin resumes? I have two source resumes (Leader and IC) that I use for customized resumes. It'd be great to pin them to the top of the list. Since I can only mark one as default, the other one is all the way at the bottom.

In the top section that includes portfolio, LinkedIn, phone, email, etc., would it be possible to change the order of the specific items? Also, would it be possible to add the https:// to my portfolio address?

Usually, the default resume is the most up to date. Having to do extra work to update an outdated resume in addition to tailoring it to the job search could be frustrating.

Would love to see the ability to save "full address - street, city, state, zip, country" as it is requested on most applications.

It would be awesome if I could see an analysis of the types of skills required across the jobs that I have on my Job Tracker in Simplify. By seeing which of the skills appear the most often, I can easily get an idea of what skills are worth working on.

I completed my profile but because I did not attend a college or a university, my profile still shows as incomplete. Allow an option to have an empty education section.
